It's the only Authentic Italian Style Brick Oven of it's kind! It's our Signature Brick Oven. As far as we know, it is the only TRUE Brick Oven in all of San Diego. Brick inside and outside. It is 10 feet by 10 feet = HUGE! We can fit 17 XL Pizzas in it at a time.
